1. About this site
This website is the informational presence of MI6 Holding ApS (CVR 43716344), a Danish holding company. It is not a sales channel.
Portfolio companies operate independently under their own brands, their own leadership, and their own terms. Anything you do with a portfolio company is governed by that company’s terms, not these.
2. No offer, no advice
Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or any form of investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. The information here describes what MI6 Holding does at a level appropriate for a public corporate site, not at the level needed to make a decision.
Forward-looking statements (anything about intent, ambition, or the future) are made in good faith and may not turn out to be accurate.
3. Intellectual property
Site content, copy, photography, and the MI6 Holdingbrand assets (logo, wordmark, compass mark) are © MI6 Holding ApSand are not licensed for reuse. Treat everything on this site as “all rights reserved” unless explicitly marked otherwise.
Note: the open-source code of this website is published under the MIT licence in the public GitHub repository. That MIT licence covers source code only — it does not grant any rights to the brand assets, photographs, copy, or design.
Portfolio company names, logos, and other marks (BondIT, RecIT, MitFarvel, and others) belong to the respective portfolio companies, not to MI6 Holding.
4. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and online, but we provide it “as is”. We make no warranty as to completeness, accuracy, fitness for any particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, MI6 Holding ApS is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site.

We link to portfolio company sites and to a small number of external resources where it adds context. Those destinations are outside our control and we take no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or availability.
6. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
